Blackstone Apartments, corner of 20th Ave and Louisiana St. in Longview, Washington. The Blackstone is a beautiful, historic brick building located on the Old West Side of Longview. This secured, three story building contains 27 apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedrooms. Some of the larger units have fireplaces, formal dining rooms, and other unique features of the 40's such as chandeliers , hard wood floors and original woodwork. Units rent from $325 to $605 per month with a $225 deposit, $200 pet deposit (if applicable) and $20 application fee. Included in the rent are water/sewer/trash and steam heat. Laundry room is located in the basement. The building is equipped with an elevator to provide easy access.
