Located on the Columbia River in Kalama, WA, Columbia View Harbor Apartments is a USDA / Rural Development subsidized elderly / disabled complex with 16 one bedroom units. The building has an elevator, coin operated laundry room, and a social room for activities / family gatherings and a patio for barbeques. Restaurants, dentists, grocery shopping and banks are all located within walking distance of the complex.

Water, sewer and garbage is paid by the landlord and cable is offered at a discounted rate. Application fee is $20 per applicant and the security deposit is $225. Small pets are welcome with a pet deposit of $100.
