The Longview Housing Authority Board of Commissioners meets monthly. Their regular meeting is scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month at 4:00 p.m. at the Longview Housing Authority meeting room at 1207 Commerce Ave. in Longview, Washington. Pat Price - Mrs. Price was appointed to the board in July 1997. As past owner of a USDA Rural Housing Services project, Mrs. Price has extensive experience in local housing issues and has completed course work at the University of Washington.
Ron
Kosloski - Mr Kosloski was appointed to the board in 2001. He is a
Project Engineer/Project Manager for Weyerhaeuser
Company, Pulp & Paper Operations in Longview. He has broad landlord experience
in residential, commercial and agricultural real estate. Mr. Kosloski is a Licensed
Engineer in Washington State with Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering from the University of
Washington and an MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon
B. Jo Brewer - Jo was appointed to the LHA Board in March 2004. She is a Certified Public Accountant and partner/owner of the accounting firm, Smerdon & Brewer, PS. Jo has a long history of leadership in our community, has served on a variety of Boards, and is currently President of Early Edition Rotary.
Wayne Ostermiller - Mr.
Ostermiller has served on the board since 1982. He is
self employed, having retired from Kalama Chemical, Inc. Mr. Ostermiller earned a Bachelor's Degree
in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Portland in Oregon.
Bruce Fischer - Mr. Fischer was appointed to the board in August 2006.
