The Eagle Pointe Village Apartments

Eagle Pointe Village is a 17 unit independent living complex for low-income elderly individuals or couples, located overlooking the Columbia River in scenic Cathlamet, Washington. This newly constructed complex, of which 12 are subsidized, is directly adjacent to a city park and the Cathlamet High School. Some unique amenities to this complex include a Community Center, laundry facility and lots of parking. Some of the units are fully handicapped accessible, and those eligible for the project-based certificate program will pay no more than 30% of their income for the rent. Market rents for the unassisted units will be affordable for those whose income is less than 80% of median income for Wahkiakum County. Water/sewer/trash will be included with the rent each month. On site management is available.
