1400 Woodside Street, Woodland, WA. Exit 21 on I-5, just 3 blocks off freeway. Located 21 miles north of Vancouver and 20 miles South of Longview, Washington.

Housing Type:

Hawthorne House is a low income subsidized apartment complex.

Rent $$:

Your rent is based on 30 % of your gross adjusted income.

Qualifications:

If 62 years of age or older or disabled and meet the income qualifications.

Application Processing Fee:

$20.00 (Not charged until apartment is available) - can get on waiting list at anytime. Office hours 9 am-12 noon to 1 pm–5pm Mon – Fri Closed Holidays.

Security Deposit:

$225.00

Pet Deposit:

$100.00 (One dog or cat, not over 20 lb limit, is allowed with a pet deposit)

Floor Plans:

All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower and are approx. 800 sq. feet.

Access:

We are a 2-story building with an elevator and some handicap units.

Parking:

We have a large parking area with assigned parking spots.

Other Amenities:

Cable TV is provided in each unit with a monthly cost of $22.00 with your rent. Two laundry rooms, inside mailboxes and enclosed hallways to your unit entrance. We have a social room with full kitchen, barbecue facilities, nice patio area, pool table, dart board, coffee & social events.

In Vicinity:

A short walk to Safeway, McDonald’s, Quizno’s, Movie Gallery. This community has most banks and churches represented as well as other services, including medical doctors and clinics within 1 mile. The Lewis River, Horseshoe Lake, and the Columbia River are within one mile of Hawthorne House (good Trout, Steelhead and Salmon fishing.) ONLY 6 Miles up Lewis River Road to Mervin Dam
