Located in Woodland, WA., Hawthorne House is a 60 unit independant living, elderly/disabled 2 story complex. Rents are subsidized by USDA/RD and is based on 30% of the gross adjusted income. The complex has an elevator, social room with full kitchen for social/family events, patio for barbeques and coin operated laundry rooms. It is only a short walk to Safeway, McDonald’s, Quizno’s or Movie Gallery. This community has most banks and churches represented as well as other services, including medical doctors and clinics within 1 mile. The Lewis River, Horseshoe Lake, and the Columbia River are within one mile of Hawthorne House with good Trout, Steelhead and Salmon fishing and it is only 6 miles up Lewis River Road to Merwin Dam. Water, sewer and garbage are paid and cable is provided at a discounted rate per month. Application processing fee is $20.00, Security Deposit is $225 and we gladly accept pets (one dog or cat, not over 20 lbs) with a $100 Pet Deposit
