The Mint Place Apartments

Mint Place Apartments are located at 3835 Mint Place, near the Mint Valley Golf Course in Longview, Washington. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of an apartment community that has the fine features you have come to expect in apartment living. Decks, patios and exclusive use of a fitness center, pool and spa are all a part of Mint Place lifestyle. Other special features of Mint Place include, washer/dryer hook-ups in the two and three bedroom units, private storage and an outdoor play area for the children. Mint Place includes one, two and three bedroom units ranging in price from $525 to $720 per month with a $225 deposit. There is also a $20 application fee. Small pets (under 20 pounds are acceptable with a pet deposit).
