APARTMENT SITE MANAGER

Longview Housing Authority has an opening for a part-time Site Manager for properties located in Pacific County, WA. Requires a minimum of one year resident apartment management experience, or equivalent. Position works independently and needs to demonstrate good judgment and a strong work ethic. Should have verifiable experience in the following areas:

• Demonstrated effective organizational techniques.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and in written format, with a diverse group of people.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures and demonstrated ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
