Longview Housing Authority is Requesting Bids from Qualified contractors for The Longview Housing Authority (LHA) to install a new roof on an existing building located at 1207 Commerce Avenue, Longview, Washington.RFBs can be obtained by visiting www.longviewha.org or by email at Bids must be submitted by 4 pm August 17, 2011.This project is financed through the CDBG Program with funds obtained from HUD. The contract will be subject to regulations of the Dept of Labor and Housing and Urban Development. Attention is called to Federal provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, HUD Section 3 requirements, and the minimum wages as set forth in the contract documents.
