REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Longview Housing Authority (LHA) is soliciting proposals for low-income projects in Woodland, Washington to be subsidized through the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Rent Assistance Program, as outlined in 24 CFR 983. The LHA is making a total of 38 one, two and three bedroom vouchers available for this program. LHA is soliciting proposals that must include new construction on one contiguous site and be entirely located within the City of Woodland, Washington. All proposals must identify a site that is currently zoned appropriately for the proposed use.

Only applications submitted in response to this advertisement will be accepted and must be received no later than close of business (4:30) p.m., Monday, April 4, 2011.
