The Riverview Apartments
The Riverview Apartments are a UDSA Rural Development subsidized elderly / disabled complex located in downtown Castle Rock, WA. It is a 3 story building on the Cowlitz River with one and two bedroom units. The building has an elevator, social room with full kitchen for activities or family gatherings, coin-operated laundry and a patio for barbeques. All units have a full kitchen and bath/shower and are approx. 800 sq. feet.
Walk across the street to the grocery store, bank and post office. Medical offices are within walking distance. Water, sewer and garbage is paid by the landlord. Application fee is $20 per applicant, security deposit is $225 and cable is provided at a discounted rate. Small pets are welcome with a $100 pet deposit
Applications can be picked up at the LHA office located at 1207 Commerce Ave. Longview WA or at the LHA Office located at 1400 Woodside Street, Woodland WA. Information regarding vacancies can be obtained by calling (360) 274-8285 or 1-877-885-5473.
