Wayne Ostermiller
Mr. Ostermiller has served on the board since 1982. Mr. Ostermiller earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Portland in Oregon. He is self employed.

Ron Kosloski
Mr Kosloski was appointed to the board in 2001. He is a Project Engineer/Project Manager for Weyerhaeuser Company, Pulp & Paper Operations in Longview. He has broad landlord experience in residential, commercial and agricultural real estate. Mr. Kosloski is a Licensed Engineer in Washington State with Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon.

B. Jo Brewer – Vice-Chair
Ms Brewer recently retired after 25 years as shareholder/owner of a Certified Public Accounting firm. Jo received her Bachelors degree in accounting from San Diego State University and her MBA in Management from National University San Diego. She was appointed to the Longview Housing Authority Board of Commissioners in March 2004. Jo has a long history of leadership in the community and has served on a variety of non-profit boards including the local domestic violence shelter and the Community Action Program. She has taught various accounting classes at Lower Columbia and Lindfield Colleges. Jo is a member of the National NAHRO Commissioners Committee.

Bruce Fischer - Chairman
Mr. Fischer was appointed to the board in August 2006. He retired from Microsoft in 1998 in order to be an at home dad. He has personal rental properties and has been active in housing issues since 1991 and was a founding officer of Habitat for Humanity of Grays Harbor. Mr. Fischer has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Washington.

Axel Swanson
Mr. Swanson was appointed to the board in 2011. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University and Vermont Law School. He is a Senior Policy Analyst for Clark County.

Linda Brigham
Ms. Brigham is a Resident Commissioner appointed to the Board in 2011.
