Tulip Valley is a USDA / Rural Develpment subsidized family apartment complex located at1350 Woodside Street, Woodland, WA. The complex has 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units with a full kitchen and single bathroom. Square footage ranges from 700 to 900. Storage rooms are available with 1 & 2 bedroom units and water, sewer and garbage are paid.
The complex has a coin operated laundry room, a small playground and a social room with a learning center, equipped with computers for resident use. Close to shopping, banks, medical care and the post office. Pets are not allowed at this complex. Application processing fee is $28 when unit is available and your name reaches the top of the waiting list. The Security Deposit is $225.
