We have newly remodeled 2-story buildings with 8 apartments in each building.

We have a large parking area with assigned spots.

We have a laundry room and new playground for resident use. A social room with a learning center, equipped with computers, is located in the complex.

Walking distance to schools, Safeway, McDonald’s, Quizno’s, Movie Gallery. This community has most banks and churches represented as well as other services, including medical doctors and clinics within 1 mile. The Lewis River, Horseshoe Lake, and the Columbia River are within one mile of Tulip Valley (good Trout, Steelhead and Salmon fishing.) ONLY 6 miles up Lewis River Road to Merwin Dam
