Housing Services > Veterans
Our mission is to gather information from resource providers throughout southwest Washington. This currently includes the counties of Cowlitz, Lewis, Pacific and Wahkiakum. We are looking for providers who offer needed resources veterans. All of this information is gathered into one place, so that those who need these services can find them here.
We have scoured Cowlitz, Wahkiakum and Pacific counties to find every service provider that we could. We are currently working through Lewis county. Vetsource.org has a separate section for each county as well as a search feature for finding resources. New features are constantly being added to the website, so be sure to visit often.
If you know of any resource provider that we have do not have listed, please let us know and we will contact them about being listed here.
Resource providers wishing to list their services on vetsource.org should meet one of the criteria listed below:
1) Providers who only offer services to veterans, such as the VFW or the VA
2) Providers who offer services with a particular focus on veterans such as a WorkSource office with a veteran representative.
3) Providers who offer the basic needs of life such as a food bank, housing or clothing.
Vet Source is a service of VIP whose mission is to provide housing, employment and supportive services for veterans in SW Washington.
VIP is a program of Longview Housing Authority.
