Woodside West Apartments

Woodside West Apartments are located at 1355 Woodside St., Woodland, WA. The complex consists of four 2-story buildings with 5 (one level) apartments in each building. Each apartment faces into a central courtyard. Apartments are 2 and 3 bedroom units with a full kitchen and single bathroom. Each unit has access to a storage room and covered carports. Square footage of the units ranges from 800 to 1000.

The complex has 2 coin operated laundry rooms. Residents can also access the playground and social room located across the street at the Tulip Valley Apartments. Domestic pets are not allowed. Application fee is $20 per applicant. Security deposits are $225 for 2 bedroom units and $250 for 3 bedroom units. Water, sewer and garbage are paid.
